Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders are not processed on:

- Public holidays
During high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Fulfillment Locations
Orders may be shipped from our international fulfillment centers depending on product availability and warehouse location.

We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship to:

- APO/FPO addresses

Since we ship within the United States, customers typically do not incur customs duties.
Dissou is not responsible for any unexpected fees imposed by carriers or local regulations.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Dissou is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

We cannot guarantee address changes after processing.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
